Who We Are

Ochetoha
K'Idoma.

Fostering unity, socio-cultural development, and political cohesion among the Idoma-speaking peoples of Benue South.

Our History.

The Ochetoha K'Idoma socio-cultural organization was founded in 1992 in Kaduna, emerging as a vital platform for the unification and progress of the Idoma people.

Originally established to bring together sons and daughters of the Idoma nation, the organization has grown significantly over the decades. It serves as the apex socio-cultural body for all indigenous peoples of the Benue South Senatorial District, encompassing nine Local Government Areas.

As we approach the historic Centenary-Plus Celebration in 2026, marking over 100 years of the Idoma Division, Ochetoha K'Idoma remains committed to driving educational initiatives, community development, and political awareness.
